Welcome to Artistic Rebellion Studios. These Terms & Conditions outline how design, presentation curation, workshops, and related creative services are offered and delivered. By purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
These terms apply to all one-off design services, monthly curation blocks, workshops, presentation decks, and digital or creative work provided through Artistic Rebellion Studios.
All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
2. Services & Engagement Structure
Artistic Rebellion Studios offers services on a project-based or monthly block basis.

Each engagement is self-contained

Services are booked intentionally, one project or one month at a time

There are no ongoing subscriptions or automatic renewals
Availability varies month to month and is confirmed prior to booking.
3. Payments
All services must be paid in full prior to work beginning unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment confirms your reservation for the agreed scope and timeline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the time-based and creative nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable, including:

one-off projects

monthly curation blocks

partially completed work
-
unused revisions or unused scope
Once work has begun, no refunds, credits, or rollovers are offered.
5. Scope, Revisions & Boundaries
Each service includes a clearly defined scope, outlined on the corresponding product or service page.

Revision rounds are limited to those stated at purchase

Revisions apply only to the agreed design direction

Requests outside the original scope may require a new quote or a separate engagement
Unused scope, slides, or revisions do not carry over.
6. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing content, outlines, or materials in a timely manner.
Delays in content delivery or feedback may shift project timelines. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Copywriting and messaging development are not included, unless explicitly stated. Structural edits for clarity, hierarchy, and slide flow may be applied as part of the design process.
7. Styled Object Photography (If Applicable)
Styled Object Photography is offered as an optional add-on for select services.
This includes custom styling, object selection, prop curation, and original photography created specifically for the client’s project.
All photography services are considered digital creative services and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Usage rights for final images are granted upon full payment. Raw or unedited images are not included unless otherwise stated.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Clients receive full usage rights to final delivered presentation files upon full payment.
Templates, internal systems, workflows, and proprietary design elements remain the intellectual property of Artistic Rebellion Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Communication & Timelines
Clear communication supports a smooth process.
Missed deadlines, delayed feedback, or lack of response from the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines. These delays do not qualify for refunds or credits.
10. Changes to Services
Artistic Rebellion Studios may update pricing, offerings, or service structures over time.
Changes apply to future bookings only and do not affect previously confirmed engagements.
11. Intuitive & Energetic Services Disclaimer
Any intuitive, energetic, Human Design, Gene Keys, or reflective guidance offered through Artistic Rebellion Studios is intended for creative insight, personal reflection, and visual direction only.
These services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
All interpretations are subjective, and no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
