Retainer Boundaries & Service Terms

To protect the integrity of the creative process and ensure the highest quality work, the following boundaries apply to all retainer tiers.


1. Scope of Work

Retainer services include the specific slide quantities, revisions, and deliverables outlined in each tier.
The retainer does not include:

  • admin tasks

  • VA-style implementation

  • inbox management

  • scheduling or tech setup

  • launch integrations

  • copywriting from scratch

  • funnel building

  • full branding design

  • multi-day rush projects unless arranged in advance

Any requests outside the defined scope may require an additional quote or upgrade.


2. Communication

Communication occurs via email or the designated channel noted during onboarding.
Turnaround times begin once all required content has been provided.


3. Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional rounds may incur extra fees.

Revisions must relate to the original direction — full redesigns are not considered “revisions.”


4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by tier and workload. Timelines may shift if content or approval is delayed.


5. Unused Work

Unused hours, revisions, or deliverables do not roll over into the next month.


6. Minimum Commitment (Premium Only)

The Premium Curation Retainer includes a 2-month minimum commitment, enforced through subscription terms.
Cancellation prior to fulfilling the minimum period will take effect after the second billing cycle.


7. Pausing

Retainers may be paused outside of minimum commitment periods.
Paused time does not accrue work or revisions.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue service in situations of:

  • repeated missed deadlines

  • inappropriate communication

  • non-payment

  • misalignment with service scope

Unused portions of the monthly retainer remain non-refundable.
