This includes:

• Retainer subscription payments
  
  

• One-off presentation design services
  
  

• Partial subscription months
  
  

• Unused hours, slides, or revisions
  
  

• In-progress or completed design work
  
  

• Digital downloads or digital collateral
  
  

Refunds are not offered for:

• changes of direction
  
  

• changes in business strategy
  
  

• unused deliverables
  
  

• dissatisfaction unrelated to the agreed scope
  
  

• content delays from the client
  
  

If an error occurs on the billing side (duplicate charges, technical issues), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
